Common garage door questions
How do I know if my spring is broken?
Most people hear a loud bang from the garage. After that the door won't open, opens a few inches and stops, or feels extremely heavy. You may see a gap in the spring above the door. Don't keep running the opener, and call us.
Should I repair or replace my door?
Springs, cables, rollers and openers can almost always be repaired. If panels are badly bent or rotted, or the door is old and uninsulated, replacing it may make more sense. We'll tell you honestly which way we'd go and why.
Can you come today?
We're open 24 hours, seven days a week, and same-day visits are common. Call and we'll tell you when we can get there.
Do you install doors for barndominiums and shops?
